Training & Induction
All Lavender Cleaning employees are selected through an extensive interview process.
Stage 1 – Pre-Screening
During the selection process they are required to provide:

Evidence of their eligibility to work in Australia.

A criminal record check (DIMA)

Evidence of their residency status.
Stage 2 – Training Manual
One of our supervisors takes them through the 21-page Lavender Cleaning Training Manual. It covers every aspect of their duties including what to do if things go wrong. Then they have to complete a written examination at head office to ensure their understanding of the information provided.
Stage 3 – On-site Training
A supervisor will give them on-site training to make sure they understand every single aspect of their job.
